EXPORT / IMPORT DOCUMENTATION :

To get the bookings from the customers for particular liner destination, sending releases to port and customers, preparing booking list for vessel, if IMCO to receive the approval from the principal, receiving b/l instructions, preparing b/l, getting the approval from the shippers, issuing the bill of ladings to the customers with receipts, if surrendered or issued sea way bill of lading or telex released, messages sent to discharge ports accordingly to Agents at destination, if imports sending the arrival notice to customers, issue delivery orders on proper endorsements from the consignee, getting the demurrage/detention charges (if any) from the customer.

FREIGHT FORWARDING: IMPORT / EXPORT / RE-EXPORT

Vessel correspondence, issue release container information to customers, to arrange transportation in prompt time at customer premises, bookings made at appropriate shipping lines to destinations as per request of customer on receiving confirmation of rates/quotes, getting invoice copies, proper documents for passing Export Documentation(ED), to take the stuffed containers to CFS for cross stuffing(if any),checking the ETHC, BAF, CAF, Local Transportation Charges, Documentation, BL charges, Imco charges(if any), Destination Thc, On carriage charges to final destination, Terminal security formalities for all shipments.

LOGISTICS: (NSCSA – National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia)

To update the moves of import/export containers in logistics moves in the system online, send the vessel discharge list to lines or NVOCC, update about the movements of containers without any out of list, sent to DPA(Dubai Ports Authority), update each and every move of the container for positioning. To send the manifest details of incoming vessel to the Department of Port and Customs in time 24hrs prior, in order to avoid the penalties and fines.
