Senior Sales Associate in LIWA TRADING ENTERPRISES LLC. Responsible to assist the manager in managing the team, ensuring the attainment of sales target, delivering and outstanding guest experience, maintaining the shop and brands merchandising and managing the stock, in alignment with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Achieve the sales target allocated to the store

Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty

Greets and welcomes all customers entering the store with a smile and assist them in locating merchandise, present merchandise upon request and up selling/cross selling to achieve the ATU and CON target.

Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handled all complaints

Maintain high visual standards and monitor stocks replenishment

Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines

Conduct daily walkthrough to check presentation standards

Enter all received goods in stock record inventory and ensure proper record of all stock movements

Order and replenish all goods to avoid any out of stock situation

Receiving and processing deliveries from warehouse (security tag, pricing, etc.)

Immediately reports discrepancies and problems to Store Manager/Area Manager

Assist the manager in preparing for the inventory

Ensuring promotion materials are up to date and in good conditions

Ensuring clear and pertinent communication of ongoing promotions to the costumers

Process cash and cards payment

Ensuring complaints, refund and exchanged are solved and highlighted to the Store Manager/Area Manager

Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff

Second the manager in defining areas of responsibility for each sales team member

Act as a leader if the manager is not on duty
