• Prepare and update commissioning activity schedules, site observations, site visit reports among others.

• Review, amend and approve the T&C method statement in accordance with the International Standards, Project Specification, Local Regulation and Manufacturer’s Recommendation.

• Conduct T&C of all electrical equipment such as LV/MV/HV and EHV switchgears, AC/DC UPS panels, Battery banks, electrical control system and Integrated protection and control system (ECS and IPCS)

• Studying all protection schemes in drawings with reference to Protection Logic Diagram (PLD) & Project Technical Specifications

(PTS) to make sure that these are as per project technical specifications and request for clarification from designer through Main Contractor if any mismatch is found.

• Update drawings if any site modification is required to meet client standards and specifications & coordinate with designer through Main Contractor to discuss such issues.

• Maintaining filing system and documentation for all test reports as per client standards.

• Coordinating with Main Contractor to provide all reference documents such as FAT reports for all tests to compare with site conducted test results and give explanation to consultant engineer in case any deviation is found.

• Conducting site acceptance tests and preparing site acceptance report for all equipment testing such as CTs, VTs, Indication Meters, Auxiliary Relays, Contactors, Simple Relays and Advanced relays as per client required standards and specifications.

• Preparing & submitting NCR’s if any device is found defective/missing or not as per required standards.

• Keep a record of all punch points written by consultant engineer and coordinate with them to get those points cleared by meeting the relevant requirements.

• Analyse and Interpret test report to determine any acceptable and unacceptable results and design related problems.

• Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical and/or engineering problems are encountered during testing and commissioning.

• Adopting all the standard methods & procedures for the successful testing, commissioning and energization of the system.

• Collaborate with other Electrical Engineers of the client and other key personnel to identify and solve the problems

• Conduct periodic site inspection for QA and QC programs. Report the findings and recommendations.

• Adhere to safety rules and regulations of the company to avoid accident at worksite. Attend tool box meeting every start of the work to caution the workforce of all the potential danger in the worksite. Computer Skills
