Systems and Finance Consulting for Citigroup (1997 – 2018) Designed, programmed, and maintained significant database centric web-based applications to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams throughout the organization. Expense Ledger Viewer (2001 – 2018) – Designed, developed, and maintained this flexible web-based query tool that utilized an Oracle database to provide rapid results presented in the web browser or downloaded to Excel. A daily automated HTML screen scrape process was used to pull thousands of reports from the legacy reporting systems and load that data into the Oracle database. Hierarchical groupings for organization unit, functional unit, and account were extracted from other corporate systems via flat file and API and used as query options as well as for data discovery and presentation. Consumer Liability Balance Reporting System (2007 – 2018) - Designed, developed, and maintained this web-based reporting tool used to track marketplace and branch level consumer deposit account balances. An Oracle database provides both bulk data storage and table driven report formatting which provides the flexibility to quickly add new products and change product groupings without changing the website programming. A daily automated HTML screen scrape process was used to pull over 50 reports from two distinct source systems and load the data into the Oracle database. Weekly Deposit Pricing Workbook (2008 – 2018) – Developed and maintained this Excel/VBScript based solution to automate portions of the weekly consumer deposit pricing process. Workbook functions include: automated PDF production of the customer facing interest rate reports, automated production of rate change files for the retail bank account processing systems, and automated production of summary promotional rate excel files for the Decision Management team. Budget Cube – Designed, developed, and maintained this web based budgeting tool that provided both an OLAP reporting component and a form based budgeting process. The form based process guided the user through all the steps in creating an accurate BAU and project budget including fixed asset depreciation, FAS 86 capitalization, employee staffing, etc. A bi-directional interface between the budget cube application’s underlying database and a Hyperion Essbase cube allowed for the seamless integration of this web based process with the budgeting done by other groups in the bank.
