After living and working many years in Europe, I am moving back to the US. DEVELOPMENT

I have many years of mainframe development experience in z/os Assembler, Cobol, DB2, QMF, CICS, IMS, SQL, DL/1, VSAM, JCL, REXX, TSO/ISPF/SDSF, Z/OS Mainframe Utilities, Changeman, Endeavor, CA-ROSCOE, CA-ELIPS, CA-LIBRARIAN.

I am known for my extensive debugging and problem-solving skills. I have experience with z/XDC and Xpediter, both online and batch. I have a natural talent for investigating problems and finding the origin of the problems.

I have many years of experience with technical and functional analysis, both in the technological field as well as the banking industry.

TECHNICAL

My technical experience ranges for systems programming to application programming. When I was a developer for CA-Roscoe and programming in Assembler, I was an expert in svc screening, supervisor calls and dynamic allocation. I worked for a company that was an IBM alpha site and I had my own mini system at my disposition which I would IPL and manage on my own. Since then I have been coding in Cobol and have converted IMS applications to CICS and used DB2 in both CICS and Batch processing.

APPLICATON DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST ACCENTURE SPA – VERONA, ITALY SEPTEMBER 2000 - CURRENT

I have worked in the Italian Banking Industry for the past 18 years as a senior analyst in various sectors including: Debits and Credits, Risk Profile Management, Accounts Management, Digital Signatures. I had direct contact with the client and their systems programmers in determining problems and implementing solutions. I was also involved in the implementation phases of our Offshore offices, including translating technical documentation, presentations and helping with interpreting in conference calls and electronic communications.

SYSTEMS ANALYST ADD VALUE SPA – VERONA, ITALY MARCH 1997 – AUGUST 2000

I was responsible for the conversion of the client’s system software and their application software for the Y2K conversion. I was fully autonomous in managing relationships with the client, their providers as well as their systems programmers. This project involved created an architectural layer that intervened in the reading and writing of files by compressing or expanding the date from 6 to 8 bytes, also implementing SORT exits with similar logic.

ANALYST MOZART SYSTEMS CORPORTATION – BURLINGAME, CA FEBRUARY 1994 – JULY 1996

I was responsible for the development, maintenance, installation and distribution of the GUI interface for PACT and an internal education package of Johnson & Johnson using Mozart (New Brunswick, NJ - USA). Mozart had its own native language syntactically similar to Ansi C. It was basically a GUI screen scraper for the CICS environment.

DEVELOPER COMPUTER ASSOCIATES – PRINCETON, NJ FEBRUARY 1990 – FEBRUARY 1994

I began as Technical Support Level 1 for CA-Librarian and CA-Roscoe. I provided technical support to users about the use of the products as well as analyzing technical problems and collecting the necessary documentation for the analysis of the problem resolutions.

I was promoted to Technical Support Level 2 for CA-Librarian and CA-Roscoe. I provided in-depth technical support both for the research of problems in the programs as well as compatibility problems with OEM products and environments.

I was promoted to Developer for CA-Librarian and CA-Roscoe. I provided analysis and research of new product features and new product interfaces with OEM products and new versions of the operating system.

I received the “Client Excellence Award” voted by the CA-Librarian and CA-Roscoe User groups.
