Arby’s Restaurant Group

Organization: BIAS Corp US, client Arby’s Restaurant Group, Atlanta, GA, USA.

Role: Principal Consultant

Project Description: Arby’s has been using HFM applications for their consolidation and close processes. Arby’s went through a comprehensive review and compared upgrading HFM vs migrating to FCCS and eventually decided to move to FCCS. Arby’s has chosen BIAS to perform the migration to cloud and implement FCCS.

Contribution:

-Analyze the existing HFM application and come up with Design approach for FCCS cloud application.

-Create the FCCS application, create dimensions and import metadata from HFM.

-Create integrations in Data Manager and load historical data.

-Multiple iterations for data validation and tie out Balance sheet, Income statement with source as well as HFM.

-Set up security groups, and FCCS application level security.

-Migrate FR reports to FCCS and fix all the report issues.

-Set up close manager tasks and schedules.

Project Description: BIAS had an ongoing Managed Services agreement with SunTrust, which covers the entire Oracle Financial Suite of applications, including Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, ESSBASE, Oracle Financial Reporting and Hyperion SmartView. Our scope of services for SunTrust included migrations, issue resolution, and maintaining an expert Help Desk and 24 7 support for all of their global instances.
