JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Monitoring plans for procurement of tools / materials and consumables.

Ensuring proper documentation / accounting of materials / stores functions (for in awarding of Materials and consumables) and periodical / daily check for variances by conducting stock verification and updating.

stocks verification by internal and external agencies and all Store related activities.

Monthly inventory Reports. Monthly none / slow- moving materials reports.

Handling the fleet of vehicles & transporters ensuring on time delivery and monitoring transit norms

Organize proper receipts, storage, handling and preservation of materials at site.

Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.

Overseeing the store management and maintaining reduced inventory level

Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.

Monitoring Survey as per Material Issues from store with regular follow –ups & weekly review meeting, keeping view with the Daily Progress Report (DPR).

Conducting a daily check to issues of materials and received of materials & return the damaged material to suppliers & moving the material and packing materials from the place of storage to the place of manufacture/ packing by most advanced shifting facilities i.e. forklifts hydraulic conveyors trolleys etc.

Review meeting with Project Manager, Construction Manager & Engineers once in a month for better materials issued at site.

Periodic verification of physical stocks, reconciliation, analysis & authorization.

Material control and issue as per PR.

To Monitor Documents like MIR/MRR/LEDGERS/ are made to the respective requirement
