3rd shift Leadman / Industrial electrician for a multi million plastic injection molding company that manufactured PVC pipe and fittings.
Performed maintenance, preventive maintenance, schedules and supervised a crew of 8 maintenance mechanics/electricians.
Achieved the lowest downtime for production lines for many months.
Troubleshot various systems like hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, DC drives and electronic scales.
Troubleshot auxiliary equipment including grinder blades, silos, and vacuum pumps.
Repaired and replaced cylinders, o-rings, seals, bearings, and accumulators on injection molding machines.

Zarn Inc. was a company from North Carolina who relocated to Madera, California to mass produce city waste containers for the state of California.
Maintained a plastic blow molding industrial plant in which produced city waste containers.
Responsibilities were to keep production running and troubleshoot Barber/Coleman PLC's, Vickers hydraulics, and DC drives.
Performed installations of blow molding equipment, including wiring and running waterlines.

Merico Inc. was a refrigerated dough plant that produced biscuits, cinnamon rolls and other dough products.
As a Leadman for 3rd shift, I was responsible for 6 maintenance mechanics and working along side with sanitation crew to set-up for next day production.
Various repairs on automated equipment that included ovens, refrigerators, conveyers, palletizes, shrink-wrap machines, mixers, and automated conveyers that had many different systems like hydraulics, pneumatic and refrigeration systems.
