I was the Medical Provider and Health Center Manager at Olin Winchester/Global Brass. I worked with two companies, evaluating and treating employee injuries_ I managed muscu!oskeletal injuries, repetitious muscu!oskeletal problems, burns, rashes, recurrent problems, pertormed physical exams, reviewed audiograms, reviewed pulmonary function tests, reviewed new hire charts, for completeness, and look for possible preexisting conditions. l provide conservative care, ordering PT and home exercises. I treat acute injuries, such as lacerations, burns, and muscu!oskeletal injuries. Diagnose and treat conditions, and refer when needed. I am the sole provider with support staff. ! oversee 8 other staff, by answering questions, giving guidance, educating, directing them in retrieving required materials, to run the clinic, and care for our employees and client needs. In January of 2018, we opened an Acute Care Clinic, for Winchester employees, and their spouses,to be seen at no cost to them.
