I was the Medical Provider and Health Center Manager at Olin Winchester/Global Brass. I worked with two companies, evaluating and treating employee injuries_ I managed muscu!oskeletal injuries, repetitious muscu!oskeletal problems, burns, rashes, recurrent problems, pertormed physical exams, reviewed audiograms, reviewed pulmonary function tests, reviewed new hire charts, for completeness, and look for possible preexisting conditions. l provide conservative care, ordering PT and home exercises. I treat acute injuries, such as lacerations, burns, and muscu!oskeletal injuries. Diagnose and treat conditions, and refer when needed. I am the sole provider with support staff. ! oversee 8 other staff, by answering questions, giving guidance, educating, directing them in retrieving required materials, to run the clinic, and care for our employees and client needs. I review FMLA and STD applications, for completeness and validity. I manage day to day operations, as the Health Center Manager, which includes timesheets, performance appraisals, schedules, working with the clients, conducting monthly staff meetings, safety meeting with both clients. In January of 2018, we opened an Acute Care Clinic, for Winchester employees, and their spouses,to be seen at no cost to them. I saw these patients and managed non occupational health conditions, with follow-up visits as needed.

I became COHC-Certllied Octupational Hearing conservationist. I helped improve collaboration between the companies and the medical department. Staff education with presentations.

My clinic was mainly a walk in clinic, so flexibility was very important. l diagnosed and prescribed treatment for patients, followed up, managed symptoms, prescribed medications, PT, ordered diagnostic tests, and referred to specialists as necessary. Delegate duties to MA's and staff.
