Training Coordinator\Receptionist, Reception HQ, Phoenix, AZ 06/2011 – Current

Reception HQ is an answering service with over 7,000 clients in three countries. Business operations are 24/7; 365 days per year and positions are virtual. I began my employment as a Receptionist and recently was promoted to the Training Coordinator. I conduct monthly, multiple week training classes. When not actively training and/or coaching existing employees, I am undertaking receptionist responsibilities including meeting strict monthly metrics.

After successfully completing an in depth US Government background investigation, I was asked to become a 2nd shift team lead processing 39 million census forms for the 2010 Census. In addition to 2 colleagues, I assisted in successfully training 300 data entry workers. As a team lead, I consistently led the #1 team for the duration of the project. Cohesively worked with other team leads to revise/develop data entry rules, process payroll and ensure enforcement of human resource guidelines. Accountable for daily/weekly census form processing goals. Solely responsible for the certification of all data entry workers (1st and 2nd shift), team leads and reporting from operation managers to US Census Bureau staff. This position was project length or temporary.
