SMART DEVICE FOR SMART CART

Providing safety to a person while riding the bike is a prime concern.

1.Breath Analyzer:

To overcome the problem of consumption of alcohol while riding the bike, we have used IR sensor which detects the presence of alcohol while breathing.

2.ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM:

When the object is at the particular distance the vehicle gets slow & if the object is near to vehicle the vehicle gets stop. In this system, IR transmitter emits infrared rays continuously, if the object comes in front of this the rays get reflected and infrared rays detected by IR receiver.

3.ZONE DETECTION:

The two-channel RF transmitter-receiver module is used for zone sense. We have used hospital zone & school zone in which vehicle should follow the rule. The vehicle should be equipped with two-channel IR receiver whose carrier frequency is tuned with IR transmitter. When the vehicle enters any one zone respective channel output goes high. If the vehicle enters in the hospital zone, the system shows the message that hospital zone ahead does not blow the horn & if the vehicle enters in school zone system shows the message that school zone ahead does not blow the horn and system follows speed limit within a particular zone.

SIMULATION OF TOOL MONITORING SYSTEM

Vibrations are produced during the machining process. Our project targets on drilling machine process where it includes three type of vibrations as follows:

1.Longitudinal vibration

2.Torsional vibration

3.Traversal vibration

Tool chattering is the main issue which causes improper finish of the drilled hole. Torsional vibration and traversal vibration will effect on depth of cut, but longitudinal vibration effects on diameter of drilling hole hence we are focused on longitudinal vibration hence we did a simulation to monitor tool.
