In this project, I was leading development team, UI/UX team and QA team.

Understand the Salesforce core features like Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities, Reports, Leads, lists, etc. and analyze the new requirements provided by customer to integrate "Predict" application and its features with Salesforce.

Derive robust Test plans to validate the new functionality of "Predict" application and its integration with Salesforce.

Ensure appropriate test coverage from UI and cross platform (browsers, devices) perspective.

Review test plans, test cases, compatibility matrix with customer and incorporate their feedback.
