Improvements projects.

2018 - Current Project Superintendent – Bremco Construction, Inc.

Large scale Type V Tilt up project. This included the shell and TI of the Old

Dominion trucking facility in Otay Mesa, Ca

2016- 2017 Project Superintendent – Caster Properties, Inc.

New construction of a large Industrial A - 1 Storage in I.B., CA. This project

Is a 3 Story structural steel building that cost 4 million. Offsite

construction of Hollister Street and Elm Avenue. This entailed working with MTS

Municipalities to build this project as it was parallel to the East Trolley Line.

Work incorporated RFIs, assisted the PM with ASI pricing, QC, Safety, scheduling,

Reviewed the submittals, weekly safety meeting, Owners meetings, inspections,

Subcontractor scheduling, VE, and design/build assist with the architects.

2013-2015 Project Superintendent – Tricorp Hearn Construction

New construction of the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Anaheim, CA. This is a 4

Story, 4 million project that was a structural steel & prefabricated wall project.

Work entail RFIs, assisted the PM with ASI pricing, QC, Safety, scheduling,

Reviewed the submittals, weekly safety meeting, Owners meetings, inspections,

Subcontractor scheduling, VE, and design/build assist with the architects.

2012 Project Superintendent/Construction Quality Control Manager – Hal Hays Const

Project Superintendent/CQC Manager 5.6 Million NAVFAC SW project that was a 4

Million Military Barracks with 4 buildings and an Administration building.

Work entailed the three phases of control, submittals, RFIs,

Conduct the weekly QC Meeting with the client, inspections and safety.

2009 – 2011 Project Superintendent – AMD Construction

Superintendent on Various Tenant Improvement Projects which included:

Medical Clinic / Lab, Wangs Chinese Restaurant and Chipotle Restaurant projects.

2008 – 2009 Project Superintendent – Gray / ICE Builders, Inc.

Superintendent on the Courtyard Marriott in Mission Valley, CA. This

Project was a design build 40 million Twin Tower Hotel, it incorporated

A 10-story tower and a 7-story tower that had the exteriors extended.

There was also complete re- location of the bathrooms and all the MEPs.

There were improvements to the Kitchen / Lobby / 1st Floor / Pool & Site.

2006-2007 Project Superintendent – Jaynes Corp. of CA

Superintendent on the Village Walk at Eastlake. A ground-up state of the art

Retail shopping center with Trophy’s and Chinese restaurants.

Work entailed subcontractor management, quality control, site work, RFI’s, safety,

M.E.P coordination, and interfacing with inspectors.

2005-2006 Project Superintendent – TSA Contracting Inc.

Superintendent for 9 new tilts on a research and development buildings

in Carlsbad, CA. This was a 5.5 million, 56,000 sq. ft. project. Supervised thirty

Subcontractors on this Tilt/TI project. Work included scheduling, RFI’s plan

Reading communications with the architect and subcontractors, and daily

reports.

2003-2005 Project Superintendent – Master Development Corporation (Dexus Corp.)

Superintendent on a Design/Build project for One Piper Ranch

In Otay Mesa (San Diego) CA. The project consisted of twelve new industrial

Tilt-up buildings and twelve tenant improvements, cost 14.8 million.

The Eastlake Collection consisted of twelve industrial buildings and two tenants

Improvements. This was a 7 million, 82,000 sq. ft. project.

2002-2003 Project Superintendent – Perera Construction & Design Inc.

Superintendent on a new Public Works project for the City of Santee.

Project was Santee Town Center YMCA and Aquatic Center. Work consisted

Of structural steel and masonry building for the YMCA office building and

Gymnastics Center. The Aquatic Center consisted of one Competition Pool

And one Activity Children’s Pool.

Superintendent on a fast track tenant improvement project on the

Verizon of San Diego Computer facility in San Diego, CA

2001-2002 Project Superintendent – T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc.

Superintendent on Public Works new school projects.

Work entailed ground up science building/lab, relos, and

Tenant improvement of Montgomery Elementary school.

1998 -2001 Project Superintendent – Landgrant Development Corporation

Superintendent that supervised sixty subcontractors on

Tenant improvement project for the City of Oceanside. This project consisted

Of a Police Department, Detectives Building. Gang Task Force and City Library.

Work entailed change order processing, RFI’s, scheduling, communication with

The architect and work with the resident/city inspectors.
