Evangeline join DXC in December 1999 as Production Control Analyst. Her role is to support the daily monitoring activities for Midrange computer environment for very large aerospace client. Monitor Production and IBM backups thru autosys and Omniback, used Wag for tracking jobs that are running.

Monitored multi-client buckets, like Daily Production and Nonproduction buckets, Legacy and Enterprise, watch for emails and PCCRS request job, perform SNAPS activity and acknowledge OMI alarms. Notified the On call analyst/programmers for job failures. Record the problem ticket at the turnover log. Create concern ticket if the job failures are not resolved in timely manners. Communicate to co-workers the current status of assigned bucket at turnover.
