As Project Superintendent and Site Safety and health Officer I'm responsible for the completion of phases for the project. Duties include the review of the plans, scheduling of work, track job cost,meeting project schedule, managing da ily field operation and coordinating with the owner's and Engineers .I'm also responsible for on-site safety,coordination with the Subcontractors and the Supervision of all construction work and ensuring that the project is completed to the Owner's satisfaction .

I Have 30 years of experience in Construction and 13 years as Superintendent. I have extensive background in private and public school, hotels, hospitals and USACE Military and Commercial project renovation, new construction, reroofing. Throughout this experience I have develop expertise including interactive with the Owners and Architectural designers, Subcontractors in development of long range plans and coordination of activities with Subcontractors and owner agencies.
