I my role I supported all the four product lines: Flexfield, Reorganization, Divestiture and Consolidation. The product is used by clients in their ERP installation and I helped test the product releases and also the client systems to validate the product implementation results (System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing).

My Responsibilities included:

Developing and executing manual test cases for client server and web based systems.

Certifying the quality level of new and existing system features from a functional, regression testing and integration testing perspective.

Developing specifications and documenting the test criteria and test plans.

Continuously improving the quality of the software by preventing, quickly detecting, and validating software and process defects.

Working with a diversified client base located in multiple time zones and successfully supporting their testing efforts (System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing).

Tested financial and supply chain test cases for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay functional lifecycles.

Evaluating Selenium/Java for automated testing using Webdriver (Chrome and Internet explorer).

Using Oracle Database tools such as SQL, SQL*Loader and SoapUI to review and manipulate data to support the test cases.

Providing support for the software products by investigating and recreating reported defects, logging the defects into the defect tracking system and working with the product development team to close out the issues by including fixes in the next release.

Becoming a user expert of the products to fully understand client’s point of view. As a system expert, helped identify issues per the clients need and got them fixed before the next implementation cycle.
