I worked with multiple clients, including Johns Hopkins Medicine and Ballad Health System. In conjunction with their IT teams, I managed projects for software configuration and analyzed system performance and patient data. At Ballad Health System, I implemented configuration for the 340B program, which saves them over $20,000 per month on drug costs and was a contributing factor in changing two hospitals' income from a net loss to profit.
