In support of the company strategic direction and goals, my duties include evaluate, revise, and/or develop new short & long-term goals/ objectives and performance standards for the department. Also, present reports on Quality performance matrix during one on one meeting with the Plant Manager (scheduled by me). Responsible for maintenance & upgrades of the Quality Management System, actively participant in the APQP, PPAP, PFMEA processes with our corporate facility. Monitor and audit all progressive stamping, precision machining, and welding activities related to all current programs in the plant. Communicated and sustained quality objectives in the composites center using work orders to follow the process and procedures in producing quality parts per AS9102. Coordinate and collaborated with production floor utilizing knowledge of National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) to prepare for Certification audits.
