Secretary
Attends to primarily confidential chores for the Department Manager and reports on accomplishment or progress thereon.
Performs confidential liaison work between the office of the Department Manager and other offices.
Keeps orderly files for immediate reference of the Department Manager
Entertain callers and refer them to the proper office for appropriate action on their request or claim.

Monitor 201 Files of all Collection Division Personnel
Maintain records of all Personnel.
Assisting in hiring Collection Personnel
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
