Assisted end users with problems in BPCS, Future 3 and Infinium software packages. Corrected program errors and database errors associated with problems using ILE RPG, CLP and SQL on the AS/400.
Designed, developed and implemented a Price Analysis system to compare EDI Remittance data with Invoice data contained in Future 3. Designed, developed and implemented a Retro Billing Application to extend the retro billing feature in Future 3 to automatically generate retro invoices. Analyzed sales data and created a database of sales information for tax reporting. Managed implementation of software and database upgrades and enhancements on eight AS/400 systems.

Designed, developed and implemented data transfer system using IBM MQ Series between IBM Mainframe, Sun Solaris, and IBM AS/400. Developed programs to map data received via MQ Series into Lawson financials. Used an object-based design to simplify future data transfer implementation.
