This company moto is implementing and building fit-outs based on the client- provided design plans. Totally interior fit outs as well as construction too, where worked as a site civil engineer in this company at various sites looking over the projects given to me independently since Oct 2017.

Job Description

• Site supervision given by the company and Managing the materials as required to the design at the project site and scheduling the time to workers as suitable at the site to be work done.

• Observation of site work to reach the time target and implementing the design given by the structural engineer.

• Verifying the BOQ (completed quantities) submitted to the client or submitted by the contractor.

• Coordinating with sub-contractors, consultants as well as with clients.

• Tracking the progress of the project by solving the issues raised in site. Raising the RFI and TQ’s.

• Bill corrections of the sub-contractors work, auditing and passing their bills of work done according to the BOQ.

• Maintaining the records of the project assigned, Recording the issues at project sites and reporting the recorded issues to the senior engineer.

• Preparing the weekly report as well and the monthly reports of the project progress for consultant

/ client to attend the meetings.
