AT&T Construction and Engineering OPT - Technical Field Services Fiber Optic Splicing Technician Team Lead 7/2016 – Present

Responsible for building Fiber Optic plant from central office to termination point for Multiple Dwelling Unit buildings as well as business clients for AT&T Giga Power build. Daily job functions include leading a team of technicians working with specific design parameters and constructing plant to match plant specific objectives. This includes placement and splicing of single mode fiber optic cables from 288 to single 900-250 um cables.

Proficient at interpreting current design prints and implementing standards (GEO 95 – 128 as well as AT&T standards) as applies to current build. Fiber Optic equipment such as Fiber Optic Fusion Splicer (single and ribbon), OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) as well as light source and power meter to confirm power budget loss and end of line values once build is complete.

Commercial Services Installation Supervisor / OC Communications 2/2015 – 9/2015

Manage contract installations for the greater Sacramento area pertaining to Comcast Business Services. This is described as installations of Comcast Business Class Voice, Comcast Business Class Internet and Comcast Business Class Video to small to medium sized businesses.
