Product, Machine and System Design

• From concept to completion, I have designed and commissioned hundreds of machines and products for many different industries. • Management of subcontractors and vendors to supply needed material on time and in an organized and professional manner

Documentation Preparation

• Engineering drawings, BOMs, task orders, operational manuals, maintenance manuals, technical proposals, costing information, status reports, financial reports, financial deviations, IPT presentations, Quarterly Presentations, etc. Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• All projects have risks. The key to having a smooth project is to identify the risks early, and find solutions to mitigate those risks before they interrupt the project. 25 years of being a program manager have sharpened my skills to identify risks and provide solutions. Engineering Management
