Responsibilities include: Making repairs to parks sports fields and grounds for Bellevue parks by repairing/painting picnic tables, refinish park benches, fixing structural damage, repair fencing and general upkeep. to maintain and keep facilities in working order and looking good for public enjoyment. I was working for the Parks Maintenance department until Sept.18th when the seasonal employee’s are done. I then received an offer from Parks Sports to work three days per week for them. I start my second week with them starting Oct.3rd. I am interested in full time employment at this time and I think this position with Applied Technical Services would be a good fit considering my previous work experience.

Work responsibilities: Inspect and accurately receive packages from incoming deliveries. Deliver material and packages to end users. Maintain accurate filing system for incoming receiving receipts and accounts payable. Insure accurate inventory levels and reordering points. Use RF to order supplies and special orders and linen.

Purchase special orders for building, staff by researching vendors, prices, quality and delivery times.

Hand held RF devices.

Use “first in first out” to rotate inventory to insure healthy expiration dates according to regulations.

Keep a clean organized and safe work environment at all times.

Work with buyers to expedite slow incoming orders and to correct problem issues with incoming receivals and RMA issues.

Train new hires and some staff members on system flow and updates on new changes to processes.

Work responsibilities: Accurately inspect and receive incoming packages. Maintain accurate receiving receipts for records and accounts payable. Pull work orders for manufacturing lines. Work in the stores room, issuing material and replacement parts to work orders, all computer issued. Utilize FIFO for accurate rotation of material and to insure healthy expiration dates. Perform daily and monthly physical cycle counts with high accuracy rate, check for Rev Updates. Work with buyers and vendors for help with return items (RMA) and, to help expedite slow incoming receivables or any other issues that may need immediate attention.

Perform relief shipping duties for local and international transactions while communicating with end users, freight and shipping vendors for pickup, tracking and delivery of shipped parcels.

Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Train new hires in the performance of their jobs while team building.

Fork lift certified at this position.
