May 2013 - Present – Working in the Application Group making changes and identifying and fixes bugs big and small. Areas include using HighJump Architect, SQL, Webwise, and Crystal Reports. Dealing with a multitude of different clients who all have different modification’s from the other.

June 2011 – Present HighJump Software Eden Prairie, MN - Support Analyst for HighJump WMS system. HighJump Software is a leading provider of supply chain execution. Answer support calls of a complex nature regarding software product functionality and usage. I’m responsible for troubleshooting, via the phone and via computer link with both hardware and software problems.

PowerBuilder Support and Developer on 3M’s Manufacturing Execution System, system that is used throughout 3M’s tape and adhesives divisions. Understand and supported existing code as well as developed and designed upgrades. Write Design Specifications for new development and change requests. When applicable code was subject to peer reviews for FDA compliance (Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices) following FDA guidelines for Medical Validation. I have had extensive use with PowerBuilder Foundation Classes (PFC) as well as extensions (PFE) for customization of applications when needed.

Programmer

Key Contributions:

Lead developer PowerBuilder on the implementation of an Inventory and Output system. Inventory system included data entry, reporting, storage billing and enforcing company business rules. Output system included selecting and collecting specific user selected data to create text files for label creation. Both systems involved using complex triggers and stored procedures using SQL.

Develop and maintain input windows using PowerBuilder that captured consumer check and credit card information. Wrote programs to export data in a text file for importing into POS software for processing. Export results in a text file for importing back into the main system.

Knowledgeable in object oriented scripting using the class library and DataWindow painter. Extensive use enforcing business rules and validations.

Create tables, triggers and stored procedures using SQL.

Develop programs to import client data text files into the main company database.

Design and implement inventory, sales and other reports in an SQL 2000 environment using Crystal Reports. Reports included nested reports and reports with drilldown capabilities.
