Responsible for overall network and end-user support in a GE Healthcare facility. Duties included server maintenance and driver installation, software installations and upgrades, reimaging, hardware repair and problem diagnosis, network connectivity problem resolution, network cabling, network account maintenance in Active Directory, PBX and voicemail administration. Also responsible for tape library maintenance, and general desktop and laptop support needs for nearly 900 people.

Key Accomplishments:

Network infrastructure upgrades included the changing of all network switches, tape library installation, server installation, cabling upgrades and UPS installs.
