Responsibility includes Project Management of multiple Aramco Security Projects:

Led various Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Arabia (NGMSA) and Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) joint ventures, including the Carrier Identification Perimeter (CIP) Expansion Sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reported directly to the NGIS-appointed Program Manager.

•Responsibilities included program performance across the Joint Venture (JV) portfolio including identification and capture of new business opportunities within Aramco. Was appointed as the primary interface with the customer.

•Specific program elements included: design, production, testing, supply chain, site preparation/construction, logistics, system installation, maintenance and system acceptance.

•Implemented a configuration management system to ensure consistency of the information for the project and contributions for the establishment of reference baselines.
