Worked in a fast paced environment under pressure from 3,200 fans where communication and decision making between the referee crew had to be succinct and accurate. Officiated Richmond Kickers USL regular season games in 2017 and 2018 Grade 6, a grade that less than 10% of referees across the United States achieve Qualifications:
