One Point Universal System (OPUS) is an Object-Oriented, component driven, HTTP enabled System to activate phones, assist customers with their mobile phone accounts, and perform Point-of-Sale (POS) activities. OPUS Mobile is the tablet version of the system leveraging the OPUS services.
ESK is a stand-alone, self-service kiosk set up in ATT COR stores for existing AT&T subscribers currently supporting Spanish and English language. The new project will include foreign language support and enhance existing services. ESK uses OPUS back end to interact with other systems at AT&T and facilitates the sales process and helps in reducing wait time for customers walking in for elementary needs like bill payments, pre-paid refills, enrolling in auto-pay etc.

Axis is one of the critical and revenue generating applications for Delta Airlines. It is a web based application designed as a reservation system and is also known as Deltamatic. The application allows the domestic and international user to access airline ticket reservation and other functionalities, via website.
Responsibilities:
Actively participating in weekly meetings along with the rest of the QA team (onsite and
Offshore), the development team and the Business Analyst.
Responsible for onsite coordination with the offshore team to get the test-ing work
scheduled/delivered with high quality. Worked on test activities on timely manner/peer reviewed offshore work before handing over to the client and ensured that test packs (plans and scripts) are delivered as per requirements.
Attending Weekly team meetings Critical defect review meetings, status meetings, track

MST partnered with Tradestone Software to use their modular Merchandise Lifecycle Management solutions that unify the design, sourcing, ordering and delivery to enhance MST’s private label and branded goods.
