My immediate goal is to obtain a position with your company. I have had a working interest in Restaurants for a number of years. I'm looking for a full time position for nights, days or weekends.

My Restaurant experience started at 18. I’ve been in Restaurants on and off for 20 years, and in every role I’ve had I worked dish as well.. Positions,
Server, Bartender, Bar Manager, Day Manager, Trainer, Dishwasher(Stewart), Prep Cook, Cold side cook, Hot side cook, Expediter, Carver, Fish Monger Boyd’s Lobster Shop, 8 Months – 2017 - 2018
Although not a restaurant, I did dishes and prepared food.. served customers Schanks Sports Bar, 3 Months – 2016 - 2017
I was extra help for the Christmas season, doing carving, prep, line and dishes Jack Astor’s Restaurant, 3 Years – 2011 - 2014
I worked at Jack’s for 2, and 1 half years. As a Bar Manager I was directly responsible for the sales and inventory of bar products, as well as scheduling of staff and developing staff. I have taken numerous courses on Alberta liquor laws and serving responsibility as well are informed with the industries latest equipment including, soft serve ice cream machines, daiquiri & margarita machines, café late machines, keg gas and otherwise systems. I have had constant training and seminars including wine serving and management training.
Sidetrack Cafe 2 years – 2006 - 2008
I was a bartender, server in an extremely busy day café, bar and night club with live music. On many sales nights I would ring out 3000.00+. It was one of the most high volume places in Edmonton. Long Weekend Sundays at the Sidetrack Café were widely known as the industry place to be for service staff. Red Robin Restaurants 7 years – 1997 - 2004
Main position in the bar, but total worked for 7 years. Other positions I sought, and attained include, waiter, host, prep cook, dishwasher, line cook, hot side cook, lead hand cook, and expediter.
