Movement Mortgage, Market Leader November 2017 – July 2018 Responsible for recruiting, managing, coaching, and creating new branches and a new sales market in North Orange County and Greater Los Angeles. Created two new branches in Southern California and had third and fourth branches slated for opening third quarter 2018. Recruited Branch Manager hires, Loan Officers and support staff for all new branch locations. Added Advertisement agreements and managed advertisement agreements with the second largest Keller Williams in the United states with over 800 agents, as well as Remax and Homesmart agencies. Sponsored and created large events with national speakers such as Darren Hardy and Christian Fuentes from HGTV’s Fearless Fix. Managed profit and loss, human resources, facilities and all other aspects for the North Orange County and Greater Los Angeles markets.

Originate conventional and government loans including jumbo loans, lot loans, construction loans and HELOCs. Position requires strong sales and marketing skills and the ability to work with 16 retail bank branches, as well as the business and wealth group. Create marketing plans with bank branch partners to get home mortgage in front of more US Bank customers. Manage and develop new loans officers and create a presence for Guild Private Mortgage Banking among wealth professionals in Los Angeles and the surrounding beach cities.
