I was checking for discontinuities which have to be evaluated with reference to the imposed limits for acceptance. Preparing a heat certification and all other information that customer asked and demanded to be accompanied with product. Entering the data into welder spread sheet and Oracle. Extensive use of calipers and micrometers to measure radius and pipe wall of down and upstream pipes.. Check if the Ph level is in tolerance for sonic clean. Clean pipes from any contaminants that would cause an explosion in the field of use dry them and inspect it under black light.
