Administered the construction project of six luxury, 35,000-square foot, three-story apartment buildings through a journey of nearly seven miles a day to manage the issues, workflows, and decisions for 350 to 400 trades people.
Restored positive relations with the Las Vegas city inspector by using communications and negotiation skills to resume mandatory inspections.
