Designed and drafted installation project using Carrier HAP software for load calculation and AutoCAD for creating design drawings. This building complex includes three thirty two floor residential and office towers and a four story shopping mall and gym (designed for investors).

Designed, consulted, drafted, and oversaw more than 350 mechanical and electrical installation projects using Carrier HAP Software for load calculation and Auto CAD for creating design drawings.
Calculated cooling and heating load, equipment selected, and implemented of different systems for different projects, developed specifications and detail drawings for in-person site inspection.
Developed ductwork/pipeline sizing & layout, equipment selection, drawing with AutoCAD, and coordinated drawings with other trades relevant to HVAC designs.

Designed, drafted, and oversaw new power plant project consisting of piping system, equipment sizing and layout, and developed drawings from in-person site inspections.
Oversaw execution of qualification activities for both on-site and off-site functional and environmental tests, engineering analysis and inspections.
Designed, drafted, and fabricated filtration units consisting of central dust collectors, cyclone units, and central exhaust fans for production workshops. Designed the shape and executed dimensions and performance calculations for cyclone. Sized fan, metal sheets, electromotor, and ductwork for cyclone.
Designed steam condensed return pipelines, drawing specification, inspection and approval, cost estimation, bill of materials and job order preparation.

Designed and developed a wastewater repelling network and rainwater collection project consisting of layout, sizing, material take off, site specifications, and inspection. This was done for the entire sanitary and industrial wastewater network for Dena Tire Company for over 11,000 feet. Included designing and drafting manholes, septic tanks, and pre waste water purification basins.
