Monitor staff in implementing installations, maintenance and technical assistance. Duties also include technical assistance on all equipment. Planning and installing capital projects. Built and maintained 17 SBC colo's including fiber optic builds and maintance.

8/90- 8/96 NTS Communication : Install and test trunks to the DEX 400 and 600E. Also helped build the Network Control Center, trained employees to troubleshoot and control outages as needed and helped write technical manuals for the Network Control Center. Served as Special Project Manager, which entailed building and maintaining remote POP's in El Paso, Tucson, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Oklahoma City.
