Work Experience in RIL Jamnagar (Jan-2016 to till date):

Cooling Water, ETP & RO Operation’s experience :

Well experienced in handling of ClO2 & Cl2 systems, Chemicals dosing skid, corrosion rack, deposit monitor, biofouling monitor, online pH & ORP meter, SSF & pump performance .

Smooth operations in plant survey of hydrocarbons leakage, cooling water pipe lines & heat-exchangers flow rates.

Coordinating with service departments for preventive shutdown, breakdown jobs

Safe preparation of equipment for maintenance, enforcing the safety rules in area and ensuring housekeeping and clean-ups, and assisting engineering, technical and other group working in area during normal plant activities as well as shutdown activities

Issuing work permits for cold hot, works, line break, & confined space and executing the work with adequate safety measures.

Excellent communication & relationship management skills with demonstrated abilities in mentoring motivated teams/ workforce.

Preparing the equipment by for mechanical maintenance in safe manner by purging, flushing and cooling. Ensuring proper decontamination, no toxic gases in handover equipment.

After completion of maintenance, ensuring no leakages and then putting back the system in service.

Preparation of the SOP of ETP, Cooling water, RO & Chemical Handling.

Pre commissioning & passivation activities of cooling Tower

Issuing work permits for both cold and hot works and carrying the work with adequate safety measures.

Heat exchanger leak test, Pump trial run, Plant emergency handling.

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities such as P&ID Review, Hydro Testing, Chemical Cleaning Loop Checking, Leak Testing, Cold Run and Hot Run.

Final walk through to ensure all the system is ready as per P&ID, for commissioning.

Preparing blind lists and valve lists for start-up and shut down.

Analysis & Instrument's Handles :-

●Analyse to pH, Conductivity,turbidity, Total-Hardness, Ca-Hardness, Chlorides, m-Alkalinity, p-Alkalinity, Acidity, TDS, TSS, Density, Ortho phosphate, TIP, TP, Iron, Zinc, Silica, Copper,Ammonia, CO2, Sulphates, Oil & Grease, Phenolic compounds, FRC, TBC, SRB, Benzotriazole, organic contents(TVS), inorganic contents(TFS), Sedimentation test (Jar test) in water samples.

●Analyse the cooling water, Tampered water,Chilled Water, fire water & various types water as makeup samples in Wet Lab.

●Analyse to Nitrite, Sodium nitrite nitrate, molybdate, Iron in CCW samples.

●Lab instrument calibration like as pH meter, Conductivity meter, NTU meter,ORP meter, Spectrophotometeric graphs etc & mention data in related files .

●Follow the SOP of such an analysis & instruments handling.

●Reagents preparation, Standardrazation and record data in files .

●Daily report preparation & submit to head of operations in our team.

●Monthly report preparation and ppt also.

●Site responsibility in absence of site incharge.

●Collecting the samples and analyse them in QC lab as per special requirements

Equipment Handling:

Spectrophotometers like HACH DR 3900, HACH 2700, HACH 2400,HACH 890, HACH 900,UV-Visi Spectrophotometer, HACH DRB200, analytical weighing balance, Bench tops NTU meter, Portable NTU meter like HACH 2100Q, table top conductivity meter & pH meter, ORP meter, vaccume pump, hot air oven, muffle furness.

Filters, Heat exchanger, Shell & Tube, Plate-Type Exchangers, Condenser, All Types of valves, centrifugal & reciprocating pumps.

Safety management:

Strictly follows the Safety Work Permit System for Hot work, cold work, Line break & Confined space entry.

Follows safety practices with providing Tool Box Talk, Task Based Risk Assessment and Near Miss Reporting for contract people working with Toxic Gas Environment.

Involved in Internal SAFETY AUDITS.

Implementing safety measures during normal operation and emergency.

Undergone through Basic fire training, Toxic gas Training, Process safety management & various safety Mock Drills.

Team management:

Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness.
