Project Description:

This is 24*5 support project comprises of all the admin activities in shipping Business in Chevron's downstream operations providing both Application and End user support. The team is responsible for all the server maintenance of the above business environment working through 24*5 shifts. Also the load monitoring is an essential part of the project and different other teams are involved along with them in case of load failures for SSIS packages. Daily and weekly scheduled calls with the customers and other teams are held for smooth functioning of the total process.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring SSIS Packages.

Worked in migration activities, moving the library components from Dev to UAT and UAT to prod.

Creating groups and folders/sub folders. Adding users and providing privileges

Scheduling reports and monitor the diagnostic logs.

Creating usage reports from action logs as per user requirements.

Verify repository tables for any required information of library.

Verifying server and logs for any issues. Handling windows and system event logs.

Project Description:
