Brought on to redesign and manage several facets of the IT operation. Major milestones were completed in a very short amount of time to remediate and implement change controls to the infrastructure, security practices, disaster recovery and business continuity, server hardware and operating system integrity, Identity management systems, penetration and vulnerability scans to web applications through Web Application Firewall (WAF), and active directory overhaul to meet SSAE 16 SOC1 and SOC2 controls.
