PROFILE
Having *+ years experience as project maintenance and support, project lead and technical support on various projects within Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC for the Logistic Airlines & Transportation domain; my position was eliminated during a major corporate restructuring and ended up being laid off. I have been searching for a position in the industry, but the economy has made positions very difficult to find. In the interim, I have been keeping my skills fresh by taking online courses.

Description: SLM provides the availability for some of the Travel & Transportation teams to upload their code into certain repositories and make it convenient to deploy, as well as providing backup for the repositories.
Responsibilities: Required understanding of the technology, application and concept of the project to be able to provide technical support for the Travel & Transportation teams with their projects. Responsible of the servers and services to be kept up to date and running. Handling the team (offshore and local), resolving technical issues, monitoring the progress and providing update to the Project Manager. Discussion with team and team management on semi-weekly calls. Responsible of managing 3 different migrations from software and data centers in this project. Also did deployments and testing on corresponding environment. Wrote technical documentation such as run-books and guides. Bug fixes and production support. Providing knowledge transfer to offshore team.

Description: Main objective is to provide clients with the ability of printing their flight details according to each templates/schema via printer, email or PDF through the HP Extream Software.
Responsibilities: Understanding the clients need for their print schema/templates for printing and designing/modifying it with HP Extream software. Responsible for maintenance, enhancement and support for existing applications. Handling the team(offshore), resolving technical issues, sending status report to project manager. Responsible of providing work estimates for future work needed in the project. Developed and deployed the application in local and developing environment. Bug fixing and production support (24/7 on call). Wrote technical documentation such as run-books and guides. Code review and development of artifact like interface.

PROJECT 4: CODESHARE

Description: This project allowed the clients/carriers to share the same flight details with other carriers.
Responsibilities: Providing Production Support to HP Codeshare Table Management application to facilitate the management of Secondary Codeshare and Reverse Codeshare Tables by Client users and to support the different areas of the application. Working in cohesive with other production support resource onsite. Deployed the application in local and developing environment.
PROJECT 5: SHELL DOCUMENTATION

Description: The objective of this project is to provide documentation and designs for the team working with the client.
Responsibilities: Responsible of writing the technical documentation on the function on how the application worked and how it function between our servers and clients. Documented steps to follow in case of incidents, process of deployments, rollback; as well as a flow diagram on how everything is connected and flows.

Description: The objective of this project is to support various teams.

After being laid off from HPE/DXC Company, I spent time with family also went some through medical issues (now in good health) and family death; now I am networking and interviewing to determine my next career endeavor. Also in this process I was taking some course online to keep my skills sharp and also getting into newer technology.
