After a planning year that included hiring a faculty of 75, professional development on the International Baccalaureate Program, ordering curricular materials and writing policies, I then led the daily program and operations that included administrative oversight of academic programs, budgets, and planning for short- and long-range success of school programs. Created individual curriculum, lesson plans, educational activities, exams, tests, and assignments school-wide. Mentored and evaluated faculty and staff in all performance areas; performed detailed curriculum evaluation for all grades and all levels of academic study. Coordinated and communicated with faculty, staff, parents / family members, and students.
Assisted in the development and creation of the school from the ground-up, including designing the initial curriculum concept for an inquiry-based learning program

Acted as liaison with the US Embassy. Coordinated weekly school conference meetings to promote consistent school improvements and continued success. Represented American students and the JFK School at parent council meetings. Developed a successful campus security plan to ensure full safety of students/staff and full regulatory compliance.
