I started at Max Score Credit in July of 2016 as a mail clerk. I made sure all of the mail was sent out by the end of the day, I also helped the dispute team upload information into clients files to help them throughout the day. As of April 2017 I am now a dispute engineer. I download and upload clients credit reports into our system, I use the info from the credit report to create accurate letters for our clients to send to the credit bureaus.
