SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: (Total Experience 27 Years)

I am a skilled Professional with 27 years of experience, worked as PTW Focal Point /Safety Facilitator/ Authorized safety gas tester and Senior Process Plant Operator. I have good operational skills, well organized and responsible person, problem identification and solving, able to supervise Operational and project related activities by building a strong team work culture with multi-cultural peoples. My job includes but not limited to routine check-up of all running and stationery equipment, and to keep the plant running in smooth operation. Coordinate with engineering, Laboratory and warehouse personnel for day to day plant problems and activities. Taking samples on routine basis of different materials like aMDEA /cooling water/seal and lube oil and condensate for analysis and log the results. Coaching/mentoring of junior operators is also part of my job. Preparation of plant equipment for replacement / repairing work and taking back in-service after the job. Gas testing for hot work/confined space and vehicle entry is including my job scope. Helping in preparation of JHA and permit audit for the safe job. Safe handover of the plant to engineering people for turned around and keep close coordination with all relevant personnel's during the job. Safe and on time start-up of the plant is also my concern. My Last assignment was with Brunei LNG as Senior Operation Technician.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Currently working in BARKET FERTILIZER Pvt Ltd. as shift in charge. Barket fertilizer is pioneer in manufacturing of sulphate of potash fertilizer in Pakistan.

Working as LNG Process Plant Operator

Coaching the local staff to develop them to become a Senior Operator

Assistance of Operation Supervisor / DCS Panel Operator During emergencies

Operate LNG plant and associate areas in a reliable, efficient and safe way

Operate and fine-tune the plant operating parameters for optimum plant efficiency

Making sure all units are operated within the design operating profile

In turnaround closely working with Shutdown Coordinator and fully involved in the following activities:-

Decommissioning, gas freeing, inerting and spading

Hazardous & Oxygen gas testing to prepare vessels for entry.

Preparation of work permits and job hazard analysis

Preparation/documentation of spade lists of all equipment & maintenance activities

Ensuring that sound safety and housekeeping standards all the time

Initiation of HSE audits and pre-start-up audits including reporting and follow-up

OMV PAKISTAN E&P COMPANY. (2003-2008)

OMV Pakistan has two identical trains each capacity is 200 mmcfd. I was involved in the commissioning and start up activities of the following sections/units

I participated in the commissioning activities and worked in the control room of the biggest air compressor in the Pakistan and on the Control Panel of incinerator to burnout the Hydro Carbon residues as a requirement of Environmental standards of ICI Pakistan. I have experience of operation/ commissioning of Para xylene oxidation unit, the distillation system of acetic acid and water mixture into purer components. I participate in the commissioning and initial start-up of the following units.
