Description: this project consist Unloading system, which unload the material, this material goes through roots blower to respective Client hopper than material is packed in 1ton bag and 25 k.g bag. This process is to be done automatically by using PLC (SIEMENS LOGO, AB.830) programming.

HETERO LABS LIMITED :Powder Conveying System (NAKAPALLI, Visakhapatnam)

Description: This project consists of four stages of jumbo bag unloading, jumbo bag filling and powder conveying system. In unloading system lift the jumbo bag by hoist and Unload jumbo bags material into reactors through flexible screw conveyor and in filling system material discharge from ANFD which convey by the flexible screw conveyor which fills then jumbo bags. Filling process is done automatically by the PLC (AB. 1200, A.B 830 SIEMENS LOGO) programming.

Description:- This project consist of inter mediate bulk collector(I.B.C) and powder transfer system(P.T.S). In this project we convey material from I.B.C to P.T.S. the distance between I.B.C and P.T.S is around 40 M. In this system we suck the material from I.B.C to P.T.S by sucking. Different types of valves are connected in this project. This project is done automatically by using PLC(SIEMENS) programming.

SHASUN PHARMACEUITICALS LTD. :- Powder transfer system(TAMILNADU)

Description:- This project consist of jumbo bag unloading, jumbo bag filling,powder system..

In the jumbo bag filling,we fill the jumbo bag from the centrifuge like 1Ton,or 500 Kg through weighing and after filling the jumbo bag we unload the jumbo bag by using different valves like star valve, Rotory valve, and cylinders for clamping,lifting, etc…

Here we use 8 different powder transfer system for transferring the material from one place to another place by using vacuum pump.

In this powder transfer system we use different types of valves like ball valve, star valve. Butterfly valve.etc .This whole project is done automatically by using the PLC (SIEMENS) programming..

GLEXO SMITH KLINE :- PACK OFF SYSTEM(NASIK):-

Description:- This project consist of a one Powder charging system (pcc) with different types of valves, with weighing system.

This pack off project consists of mainly two parts.

1-Powder Charging System.

2-Bag filling.

we sucking the material from the bowl (client) through the powder charging system by using the vacuum and dump this material in a hopper, by using the different valves. When the material fill in the hopper there is a level sensor for sensing, it sense the material and stop the system.

In second part we start bag filling system, when filling start material came down from hopper in the bag by using the multiposition valve. When weight reached at the target weight system stopped automatically.

This whole system operates automatically through the PLC (MITUSIBISI) programming.

S.P PHARMA PVT. LTD (HYDERABAD) :- This project consist of complete granulation line and isolator system.

In this project system consist of ISOLATOR, LOADER, CO-MILL, FBD, RMG, CAGE BLENDER, PASTE- KETTLE, VIBROSHIFTER etc.

This whole system operates automatically by using automation system.

In this we use MITSUBISHI PLC AND HMI (ET-1101).

AMUL DAIRY (ANAND):- This project consist of Powder transfer system, and mixing of butter mixer.

In this project system consist No. of powder transfer through vacuum in silo and silo mounted on platform with load cell arrangement etc.

This whole system operates automatically by using automation system.

In this we use MITSUBISHI PLC AND HMI.

JODAS (HYDERABAD):- This project consist of complete granulation line and different isolator system.

In this project system consist of SIEVING ISOLATOR, CO-MILL, FBD, RMG, CAGE BLENDER, PASTE- KETTLE, VIBROSHIFTER, ISOLATOR etc.

This whole system operates automatically by using automation system.

In this we use MITSUBISHI PLC AND HMI.
