Worked in British Telecom Project which involved the Level 1 Support for all the account holders in British telecom. In this Support if the Customer is having some problem with the Account, Internet Services Non -Financial Amendments We have to provide the Level 1 Support and Solution for the problem with in a limited time stamp based on the priority.


Project: Linde Gas

The project deals with the maintenance to the existing Accounts which involve working on Service Requests. According to the service request made by the client we need to open new account and Provide access to users, Provide access to Particular file directory.

Responsibilities Taken: Coordinating with the Onsite coordinator for fault requirement /Creating account of new user /Giving access to authorized user/Deletion of account of non-User and removing of the User ID

Project: RDU 6 Delivery Management Office

It involves analysis of Delivery Health Index /Human Error reports. Monthly Confirmation of Sev1 Breaches /Penalties/compliances of all the projects.

Responsibilities Taken: Monthly collating of Doer checker implementation status, Human Error compliance.

Analysis of the RDU6 budget by constant follow ups for off boarded resources.

Studying and scaling up the Resourcing through resource Management.
