March, 2017 – To date Data Processing Officer at Orient Bank limited Responsibilities

Reviewing and updating client’s mandates as per the regulations of BoU.

Sorting and organize customer mandates in the central achieving unit.

Communication with clients for update of their documents.

Screening of suspicious transactions, clients, PEPs and FEPs.

Monitoring large transactions inbound and going out of the bank that are suspicious.

Routinely place and remove PND as per instructions from supervisors/ Unit Heads as per their Delegated Authority.

Scan and upload signature mandate cards and ensure timely delivery to compliance centre for final review.

Provide proactive feedback to branches on the status of data sent for processing and the challenges identified in the process.

Daily documentation and tracking of maintenances affected in the system.
