CDM Constructors, Inc., Estimator - Olivenhain Water Treatment Facility, San Diego County, California. estimating support for existing facilities rework and electrical and I&C support for future expansion and addition of a wastewater treatment plant. The project consisted of $2.3 million electrical and I&C with the use of alternate energy source consisting of hydroelectric co-generation 925 KW. CDM Constructors, Inc., Estimator - PDX Deicing Project (Portland International Airport), Portland, Oregon. For this $6.2 million electrical and I&C project, created a parallel estimate for the Electrical Engineers’ Estimate of Cost. The project scope was to cover work around and under an operational international airport without interruption. The PDX project encompassed a new de-icing facility and the infrastructure for the influent and effluent delivery systems. For this $2 million project, responsibilities included parallel estimate for the budgeting of the electrical subcontractor. He was also involved in the auditing of the electrical change orders created by new scope of work. CDM Constructors, Inc., Estimator - Bog Creek Water Treatment Plant Super Fund, New Jersey. For this $273,000 project, responsibilities included electrical estimation of the power and controls scope of work on the project.

CDM Constructors, Inc., Estimator - Vandenberg Air Force Base Light Retrofit, Vandenberg, California. For this $4 million project, responsibilities included electrical estimates for 117 buildings to be retro-fit with new energy efficient lighting and control.
