Responsibilities included:

● Perform tasks for assigned projects according to defined budget and timeline for designated workflows

● Clinical Review of Clinical Trail Subject data for Endpoint Adjudication

● Supporting Charter development with regard to clinical aspects

● Evaluate and finish processing of AE reports, including review for completeness and accuracy.

● Primary responsibility for clinical review to assure data completeness and accuracy, consistency, logic, medical accuracy, patient safety and protocol compliance

● Clinical review of case content that includes source documents such as procedure reports and hospitalization summaries

● Provide clinical support for Panel Meetings, including documentation of decisions and coding and preparation of clinical summary

● Perform serious adverse event reconciliation

● Ensure that all relevant information entered into the safety database based on the information available in source documents as per the SOP’s.

● Responsible for initiation of adverse event (s) triggers and case initiation of individual cases into AIMS database

● Evaluate and finish processing of AE reports, including review for completeness and accuracy.

● Identify clinically relevant information missing from case report and facilitate its collection by sending follow-up request as needed.

● Serving as internal expert for mentoring Clinical Specialists and other technical data staff as needed.
