• Organized & maintained CAD files for respective residential Projects including approval plans up to working drawings.

• Verified dimensions & floor plans through physical inspections whenever necessary.

• Responsible for estimating the quantities from pitch to completion of the project.

• Preparation of rate analysis, Bill of Quantities & inviting tenders to various vendors.

• Day to day communications with site & vendors.

• Procurement and evaluation of domestic vendor quotations.

• Compiling and comparing subcontractor tenders.

• Produce weekly site progress, material reconciliation report & cash flow information.

• Checking vendor invoices and certifying payments.

• Produce the weekly payment report to the respective superior.

• Tracking & coordinating the site progress work with the superior by comparing the budget.
