* Line rejection analysis & implementation of corrective action using problem solving tool like 8-D analysis (Why-Why Analysis and Poka-Yoke).

* Monitoring of 5S activity at supplier end for better working condition. Carrying out quality circle activity like selecting problem, root cause analysis, Corrective Action Plan & Implementation of Actions.
