Project Description: To rebuild the Data Warehouse, utilizing the best technology and data warehousing practices available. Defined Logical and physical design of relational databases. Planned to age out old data right from the start. Using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) created and maintained ETL routines and did Extraction of data from source systems in MS SQL Server, transforming it, and then loading it into a data warehouse. Microsoft ETL tool incorporated native interfaces to extract data from all required data sources (including JD Edwards, Siebel), transform the data, and load target MS SQL Server databases.
